The time machine is a Building on Snaxburg made by Snorpy Fizzlebean
Snorpy builds it only if the Journalist has defeated all 4 legendary Bugsnax.
The Time Machine basically allows the player to fight them once again, but in a harder version. Similar to the Paintings in Super Mario Odyssey.
