The Doomed Isles, also abbreviated as TDI and The Isles, is a collection of islands discovered off the coast of Snaktooth Island that are inspired by the islands from DREDGE. Delve into the deepest and darkest story of the Grumpuses' world, diving into the Snak-infested waters of this ocean.
Seemingly pushed off of Snaktooth Island by old Grumpuses, Bugsnax have begun to migrate and evolve to the Doomed Isles region. The modern Grumps have decided to investigate the various islands and the Snax that there. You will be the one to capture these creatures, be it for food or research.

Marrows Region

Overview[]
This is a region that is rather safe and peaceful during the day, but turns into relentless struggle during the night, as the Bugsnax become afflicted by a strange fog and are mutated into disturbing and grotesque forms. This region seems to have once been a thriving city long ago, now completely abandoned. Judging how the city's are covered in claw and teeth marks, it's likely that something drove them out. The area is watched over by Filbo.

Cliffs Region[]
Overview[]
While most of the Snax in this region are not particularly dangerous, the environment they live in is. Landslides are happening around the corner every waking minute. Attracted by its dangerous reputation, this region is overlooked by Chandlo, who wants to at some point dive into the depths of the region by himself.

Basin Region[]
Overview[]
The Basin Region
is certainly quite a sight to behold; a beautiful coastal reef that's a teeming ecosystem of Bugsnax. Floofty overlooks and studies this biome, and rest assured, it has provided them with a huge bounty of research; they don't mind though.

Strand Region[]
Overview[]
Though densely packed in foliage, Bugsnax in this region are relatively scarce. There are various high cliffs that are jagged enough to be scaled by a Grumpus, and it seems that the silt of this region feels uneven, like it's been stomped by razor-sharp legs hundreds of thousands of times.

Spine Region[]
Overview[]
An almost inhospitable location, only the hardiest of Bugsnax are capable of find themselves prospering out here. This region requires special permission to explore due to the extreme danger it poses. Shelda is the one and only expeditionee that can live here.

The Doomed Isles: The Reach Region DLC[]
The Doomed Isles: The Reach Region DLC
is the first DLC for The Doomed Isles. Rolling in from the north after finishing the questline at the Strand Region and discovered between the Cliffs and Basin Region, dive into the polar waters of a huge iceberg, discovering new, amphibious Bugsnax and Triffany's new questline.
Overview[]
As stated, this region is an iceberg, with various ice floes surrounding the vicinity, which Bugsnax like to camp out on the surface of. If can be hard to see the surface of the region as icy chunks block the way upward.
