The Aquatic Pikibug is one of the many special bugsnax that can be found in the Pikmin+Bugsnax expansion.

SCANNER: "Easy to find but hard to catch, this Pikibug has evolved to stay safe from predators."

Appaerance[]
Aquatic Pikibug is a little blue man with a red gill that looks like a mouth and a stem that ends in a drop.
Strategy[]
Like all other Pikibugs, it finds a stem of its own color that ends in a drop. They are usually found in water, and the first time you meet them since the other pikibugs can't swim (especially the flaming one) you have to use the Snackgrappler. As soon as they are caught they will color part of the onion blue. Aquatic Pikibugs are one of the only two pikibugs that can breathe underwater and are very useful for collecting aquatic bugsnax and solving water puzzles to access the boss.
