The American Sodie is a legendary snak native to The Void.

First, go to the area with tons of buildings. At the end of the road, there is a facility. Navigate the halls to find a control room with a huge red button on the middle of the control panel.
Press the button to make the facility self-destruct after 30 seconds. Be careful, as if you get caught in the explosion you'll respawn in Snaxburg. If you survive, the bossfight will start as the American Sodie rises from the rubble.
It has a lot of attacks, and the number increases when you damage it:
First Hit[]
- Firing soda at you with its cap. The droplets slow you down.
- Launching random Sodies from the cans on its sides. These Sodies not only survive the fall, but are always angry at you. They can headbutt you and slow you down with water droplets.
Second Hit[]
- Calls two Soda Sweetieflies with Sodies riding them. The Sodies can pilot the Sweetieflies and fire their caps at you, sending them flying into the distance due to the soda inside of them. They return afterwards, trying to fly into you instead of shooting at you. Sling Sauce at them to make them explode.
Third Hit[]
- Deploys a literal Super Sodie in the middle of the arena. It creates a huge explosion upon landing, launching you away and temporarily damaging your vision. It acts the same way as before.
Fight[]
The American Sodie flies in circles around the arena, firing at you from a distance. The tool that'll help you the most is the Snakgrappler. Use it to try and pull one of the cans off the American Sodie. This will anger it, prompting it to deploy 6 Sodies.
The explosion will stun all of them, grab one and use the Snakgrappler on the American Sodie again to launch the Sodie at the American Sodie. The Sodie will explode and damage the American Sodie.
It will call two Soda Sweetieflies after getting damaged, and your Snakgrappler is broken due to the explosion. It may look like you're in trouble, but all you need to do is trick the Sweetieflies into firing their caps. You can do this by placing your Trip Shot on some of the burning rubble at the facility and firing it at one of the Sweetieflies.
The other Sodie will try to extinguish the Sweetiefly, both crashing due to the Sodie not paying attention and the Sweetiefly burning.
One thing you may notice during the fight is the raining rubble from the facility exploding. After making the Sweetieflies crash, a container with a Snakgrappler inside will fall from the sky. Grab it and use it to pull the can off the American Sodie again, except it'll work this time. The American Sodie will be flying uncontrollably due to one of its thrusters being removed.
It then calls 2 more Sweetieflies and deploys a modified Super Sodie. It has been modified to summon Sodies constantly. The American Sodie then crashes and shrinks, releasing 6 Sodies. This army of Sodies will stop at nothing to prevent you from reaching the American Sodie.
Defeat the Sodie army to be able to pass and obtain the American Sodie.
